Order Policy

• You may download our order forms for cakes and cookies here (link to order page). These order forms should be printed, filled out and emailed back to sfgifts4@gmail.com. Alternatively, you may also make your orders via phone at +65 9672 3157.
• An advance order of 3 working days is required (not including weekends and public holidays). We deliver our gourmet cakes and cookies freshly baked and will notify you when the order is delivered/received.
• Once we receive your order, we will generate an invoice with a summary of your confirmed order items, details and total amount due for payment.
• No amendments and cancellations are allowed for confirmed orders.

Payment Policy

• Full payment by cash or cheque upon delivery to purchaser
• Customers who request direct delivery to recipient(s) will be issued an invoice on the date of order. Customers will than be required to cross and make the cheque payable to “SF Gifts LLP” within 7 days (please indicate invoice # behind the cheque). Cheque should be mailed out to the address provided on the invoice.

Delivery Policy

• Spend SGD100 or more in a single transaction and get one free delivery to a single location.
• SGD10 delivery charge will be applicable for each location if purchases in a single transaction are less than SGD100.
• SGD10 delivery charge will be applicable for each additional location within Singapore. Details of additional delivery locations should be indicated under ‘Special Requests’ in the order form.
• Please ensure that the recipients’ addresses provided are accurate and that someone is available to receive the gift at the designated delivery time window selected. SGD10 will be charged if orders have to be re-delivered at a different time, or to a different location from that stated in the order form.
• Deliveries are carried out between
  • 10AM to 2PM (Monday- Saturday)
  • 2PM to 6PM (Monday- Friday)
  • 6PM to 9PM (Monday- Friday)
• We will contact you prior to delivery and completion of delivery.
• We are closed on Sunday.

Others

• SF Gifts LLP does not charge GST for all orders.
• Prices and specifications of products are subject to change without prior notice SF Gifts LLP reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
